Rally Booking Policies

Only members and their guests may attend. Club visitors and prospective members are also welcome, but should RSVP to the rally host before completing reservations.

 

Click on the title of each upcoming event to find details about booking your reservations, as well as other special event information.  All members should remember to RSVP the rally hosts using the button for each event when you plan to attend.  And don't forget to tell the campground that you are with the Pikes Peak Rollers when booking on your own.

Some rallies are shown without Rally Hosts listed.  When RSVPing about your attendance and you see that hosts are needed, please participate by volunteering to co-host.  We need all members to co-host at least one rally every two years, or more.  It's fun and you get to know more people.

Check back occasionally to the details of each event as time draws closer to the rally date.  Event details will be populated with downloadable itineraries and meal plans as they are completed, generally by within about 2-4 weeks of the event.
